Technique - windows | Impossible de démarrer le service PostgreSQL

J'ai vu qu'il existe plein de sujet à ce niveau-là mais j'avoue que je ne retrouve pas l'explication pour mon cas.

Plutot que trop perdre de temps, la solution a été de desinstaller, réinstaller et restaurer Postgres et cela refonctionne.

Bref, y avait-il une solution plus simple ?
